Burmester High-End Surround Sound System
Since the introduction of the Burmester High-End Surround Sound System in the Porsche Panamera, it has been considered the benchmark for factory-integrated car hi-fi systems and continues to defend this rank with the follow-up Cayenne project. To overcome the self-imposed benchmark now for the first time with a sound system for the compact 911 sports car, was the top priority for the sound engineers of Porsche and Burmester.
Technological approaches that have already proven themselves in the Panamera were combined with completely new solutions to create a sound system with maximum performance for the Porsche 911 as well.
The facts: 13 actively driven speakers, 855 watts total power. The superiority of the system results from countless details and one goal: perfect sound.
