4D High-End Surround Sound System
With its 31 high-performance speakers, eight additional exciters, and a system output of 1,750 watts, it enables hitherto unmatched listening pleasure with the fascination of now literally feeling the sound. Thanks to the structure-borne sound transducers in the seats, the music experience is expanded and amplified, becoming a completely new experience for the senses.

31 High-end speakers
- 4 full-range speakers, 2 per front seat in the upper backrest area in a position close to the ear
- 6 full-range speakers (3D sound), distributed across the overhead control panel, the roof island between the front and rear seat rows, and laterally behind the B-pillar
- 2 woofers, 1 in each footwell of the driver and front passenger (Frontbass technology)
- 4 woofers, 1 per door
- 7 mid-range speakers, 1 per door, 1 centrally on the instrument panel, 2 on the parcel shelf
- 7 tweeters, 1 in each mirror triangle in front, 1 in each rear door, 1 centrally on the instrument panel, 2 on the parcel shelf
- 1 subwoofer bass box in the trunk with an additional amplifier with 400 watts of power
- 4D sound for an enhanced sound experience thanks to exciters in the seats.

Dolby Atmos® Technology
For compatible audio formats, Dolby Atmos® technology creates more spaciousness, clarity, and depth. You feel as if you are in the middle of the action. This allows you to experience 360-degree sound on all seats that goes far beyond the possibilities of mono and stereo. Playback takes place via the music streaming services Amazon Music and Apple Music integrated into the vehicle (user account required) or via your own external data storage device (connection to MBUX multimedia system required).

You can adapt the sound to your listening habits via an innovative setup assistant and save the settings. For music enjoyment without additional effects, activate the “Pure” style. The “3D-Sound” style makes the recording location perceptible within the vehicle. The “Easy Listening” soundscape is recommended for relaxation on longer journeys. The “Live” style delivers a sound experience like being at a concert. In “Surround” mode, you enjoy virtual all-round sound.
Noise Compensation (VNC)
Vehicle noise compensation ensures a constant listening experience in every driving situation. It subtly adapts the sound to ambient noise – for unadulterated music enjoyment
