dimensions in the luxurious large-capacity sedan for a superior
music experience. Mercedes-Benz successfully positions the
new V-Class as a true premium MPV in its segment. So it is only
logical that with the optional Burmester Surround Sound
System, a tailor-made high-end surround sound experience is
also on board, setting quality standards in this segment to the
delight of all music lovers.

TECHNICAL DETAILS
Burmester surround sound system
16 high performance loudspeakers including a bass reflex box and a total system power of 640 watts guarantee the genuine, room-filling Burmester “”feel-good”” sound in all seats. If desired, this sound impression can be enhanced even further. The switchable surround function generates a virtual surround sound from a mono or stereo music signal to maximize the spatial effect. Of course, true 5.1 multi-channel sources can also be played back via the Burmester Surround Sound System.
Adjusting the listening position allows the sound to be specifically adjusted for the front two seats, the rear two seats, or for all seats.
Thanks to sophisticated Vehicle Noise Compensation (VNC), the sound is preserved when driving noise occurs to guarantee the best possible music enjoyment at all times – whether on the highway or in city traffic.
