EXCELLENCE PROCESS
Commitment to Quality
Each of our creations undergoes a rigorous excellence process, passing through numerous hands (and ears) before leaving our factory. Our goal is to deliver the same Burmester listening experience you’ve enjoyed in specialty stores, at friends’ homes, with family, or elsewhere.
To ensure this, we fine-tune each speaker chassis before delivery, so it achieves optimal frequency and maximum driver excursion. Additionally, we conduct extensive ‘real-world’ manual testing, connecting our products as they would be in everyday use. We check if an LED shines brighter or dimmer, test every knob, and inspect all functionalities.
At the end of our unique excellence process, a listening test is performed by the skilled ears of our expert team. We use the same tracks each time, allowing us to immediately detect any nuances or differences. Our dedication goes beyond precise measurement; we craft our products to truly experience music.

We are confident in the quality of our products and want to provide you with additional peace of mind. That’s why we offer the option to extend your warranty—quickly and easily in just a few steps. Simply register your new device on our website within two weeks of purchase:
Warranty extensions are also available for earlier devices, either through a repair lump sum or by making modifications.

New Devices:
The two-year warranty, valid from your purchase date, can be extended as described above. For our loudspeakers, we offer an additional three-year warranty extension, giving you a total of five years of coverage. For our entire range of electronic components, you can extend the warranty by an additional year, giving you a total of three years of warranty protection.
Used Devices:
Every repair carried out under the repair lump sum receives a one-year warranty extension for the entire device. For modifications, we offer a two-year extended warranty that also covers the entire device.
Repairs Not Included in the Repair Lump Sum:
All repairs carried out outside the repair lump sum receive a one-year warranty on the newly installed parts and the work performed.
